Sometimes I miss letters because the key didn't go all the way down. Even though I don't look all the time, sometimes I need to hunt and peck.The keys need to be pressed on the harder side. I may switch back to the original Dell keyboard as I think it feels and works better than this on. Keyboard is just okay. The letters printed on the keys are too small.
Also, my advice would be to avoid the Internet 250 model which is around the same price. I've been trying out a lot of inexpensive keyboards recently and this one is my fav by far. I have no idea why they cost about the same. I have one and it looks and feels extremely cheap, especially when compared to the 350. It feels good and it's great to look at with its contrasting flat and polished casing. You can type very softly or really bang on it; I prefer the latter and I find it to be nice and bouncy.
I tried finding updated drivers, uninstalling the old keyboard - everything - and nothing helped. I have a simple KVM Swithc connecting together 4 computers and I bought this keyboard thinking it would be an esy upgrade. Nothing worked - no power, no operation - nothing.
But this keyboard very much looks cheap you can see the outlines of the labels on the keys they look like stickers. All the other cheap keyboards I've used had issues with the keypress feel or squeaking or clanking noises(especially the spacebar). Out of all the cheap keyboards I've used this is the best. The keypresses feel good and none of the keys make any noises.
I got it because there where volume shortcut keys. Good all around keyboard. lol Its Logitech and its black. I use it to game mostly and surf the web.The keyboard is silent but could better. Good shortcut keys.
